Hi!  My name is Missy Miller and writing my own bio is hard but here goes:

I moved all around the southeast United States growing up because of my dad’s job. I settled in the midlands of South Carolina at the beginning of high school in 1978.  I love it here and enjoy sharing that love and my expertise of the area with others.  Both the coast and the mountains are within two hours from the midlands.  I enjoy the mountains but I’m a beach girl through and through.  

I’m an active member of my community and local church.  Family is everything to me and I particularly love spending time with my granddaughter Ava. I’m a Clemson girl married to a USC (that’s University of South Carolina for you west coast folks) Hall of Fame football player.  I have 2 adult kids who are Clemson grads and a stepson who played football at Alabama and another who also has strong ties to Alabama, soooo …. we are definitely a house divided!!  I LOVE my national championship winning team. Go Tigers!!  If you’re not from the south you may not understand.  You will quickly learn that we take college sports VERY seriously down here. 

I’m an experienced sales professional. I started my real estate career in 2006 and actually was Rookie of the Year at my company that year.  I’ve seen the highs and lows of the local market since then and have learned to navigate any type of market for my clients. I’m a lifetime recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award from our local Realtor Association.  I’m a real estate investor as well as a Realtor and have flipped homes and own rental properties, so if investing is what you’re interested in, I’m your girl.
